The CA+P

The first thing on the envelope that caught my attention was a big red “U” in the corner. Then in small letters was the name and address for the College of Architecture + Planning. I was suddenly excited and scared at the same time because this was the letter that would let me know if I had been accepted into the prestigious design school.

There has been a lot of preparation for this future deciding moment. In addition to the AS degree, classes and g.p.a. to get into the program, they also require a portfolio.

When I opened it with SS I was so excited to read "It is a pleasure to confirm that you have been admitted...."
